These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trackly mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1The service

Trackly helps you log meals and estimate their calories and nutrition, with a focus on Middle Eastern cuisine, using AI-assisted photo and text analysis.

2Not medical or nutritional advice

Calorie and nutrition values in Trackly are estimates generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The App is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your diet, health, or any medical condition. Do not rely on Trackly to manage a medical condition.

3Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use the App.

4Trackly Pro subscriptions

  • Trackly Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID.
  • If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase.

5Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by reverse engineering it, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6Your content

You retain ownership of the food photos and descriptions you submit. You grant Trackly a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide the App’s features (see our Privacy Policy).

7Intellectual property

The App and its content are owned by Trackly and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

9Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on nutrition estimates.

10Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

11Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and Trackly only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is not responsible for the App or any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

13Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
